6637 mod

gettin ready to do the 6637 mod and want to know what specs you guys use pn your pipe. I know its 4" and should have a 45* in it but how long should it be and where should thre ben be?

paid about $35 for a NAPA 41632 pipe. It's a 4-inch 45-degree mandrel bent pipe about 12 inches long.

12" is right. Napa lists it as 6", I suppose that measurement is from the center to each end of the unit.

Whoaa $35 for pipe? If you want to save some money just hit up the exhaust or big truck shop and ask for a piece of 4" about a foot long. Then cut it at a 45 with a cut saw and then weld it up tight.

You can always shave off the ends with a cut saw so I wouldn't too much about the measuring from center to center.
