Ok, I got my tunes last week and so far tried the aggressive race and aggressive street. I don't like flashing my computer over and over again and was wondering if it would hurt for me to run it on aggressive race most of the time? Also, I was thinking about getting the Ultra Comp tunes, how do these perform on the street and the track compared to just the aggressive race tunes? Thanks!!
Signing a waiver for liability purposes to run the ultra comp's should tell you something. I wouldn't be scared if you got ARP Head studs . Your 4" Straight should handle the heat.
I agree about reflashing and having to go through transmission re-learn. I think you would be best to run Agg. Street for daily driver as opposed to agg. race.
Oh I know, the liability waiver was a dead giveaway but I was just curious to see who is running it and how it does run. I'd say the headstuds along with an intercooler are next on the list.
As long as you drive with some discretion you should have no trouble whatsoever running AGG Race as a daily driver. Depending on your level of self controll the law might not like it though. As for the Ultracomp If you are wanting more than the AGG Race send me an email at efoster@spartandieseltech.com with what you are wanting to do.

DISCRETION!!! Obviously you didn't look at his sig.
I'm gonna order the same tunes tomorrow, what kind of power gains can I expect to see from the agg. street and race. Just want to get an idea of what power range I will be looking at. Also do you guys know how much a dealership will charge to change out head studs?
All of our normal tunes will not blow your gaskets off.. Not even our Ultra Comps.. We now have non-studded versions that are tuned differently.. If your puking and concerned.. I wish I knew what to tell you.. I've already went in and had the gaskets replaced as well as the EGR Cooler.. I still puke.. I have a bud who pretty much remodified damn near his whole block and studded it.. Different turbo, bigger injectors, EGR deleted.. Still he was puking coolant.. It's a crazy thing and nobody can seriously pinpoint it's exact location.. Now it's coming up on folks that are head studed.. Don't get me wrong, head studs are a major improvement.. One thing the heads will do is stretch if we put too much timing and pressure on it.. That's where the topic gets odd.. Stretching of heads breaks the gaskets seals and leads to coolant blowback.. But even tunes that don't do a thing to stock timing is blowing coolant.. Even my truck running stock was blowing coolant.. So it's kinda iffy subject.. I've never lost enough to notice.. It's just stuck on my bottle or fender but when I look at the bottle it's still well within limits.. Now if your blowing out gallons then there is a major problem..
LET ME REPHRASE THAT
We have two versions of most Ultra Comp tunes.. Studded and Non-Studded.. They still push the envelope but for the most part can be ran on Non-Studded trucks if used properly.. Meaning you don't floor it every single light, like your running from 5-0..
