doesnt seem to sway like it used to going round the corners, may just pick up the front springs from the parts counter instead of going back to the wrecking yard, thats a pain in the ***. something bout pulling parts in an open gravel lot puts a damper on the fun

no doubt there, but the fronts will come off a lot faster! I got them off in a matter of minutes because there was not any wheels on the truck. Just make sure you have 2 18 mm wrenches and a big 1-1/8 wrench and you will have them off in no time.

Before you put in the taller coil springs, check that you have the zero degree (centered) alignment bushing in the upper ball joints. I have run into these trucks that could not be aligned after a 2" lift, that had offset bushings.

If you have the "gear" looking one, it is adjustable. You can set camber and caster with it. When you lift the truck, the top of the tires are going to tip out. The key is do you have enough adjustment left to bring them back in ???

well im thinking of leaving it as is, just put stiffer shocks in front. i like the way it looks with the stance, and its not too noticeable.

My '90 BII has broken leaves on each side. I have a pair of '00 Explorer 2wd mono leaf spirngs. Width and length are the same. Any guess how they would work in a Bronco II ??

Ford made a change to the Ranger and Bronco II front end sheet metal in 89. They also changed the front bumper. So 83-88 will not interchange with 89-92. As long as you stay with the same model year(s) the Ranger/Bronco II will interchange.

The frame /bumper mounting points are exactly the same from 83-92,only difference was basicly the front clip sheetmetal, you can swap front clips from a 83-88 to a 89-92 with no mods and vise versa

The mountings points on the frame are exactly the same, just a different style bumper for the different front clip

Wrong. The end of the front of the frame rails the bumper attaches to is different.
