Wrong place, wrong time

I'm so mad right now I can't see straight...

This little girl was in HER house. Home sick with strep. Now this happens.

The original report quoted the Sheriff saying,"She was in the wrong place at the wrong time." It's now been changed.

How can your own home be the wrong place?

They are now saying it was a brutal crime. I cant imagine the hell her parents must be going through right now.

strange, to me it was not a random break in, seemed that the house was scoped out to break in while people were not usually home.

what is stranger is that the robbers murdered someone over it, unusual for the "professional" thieving type. leads me to beleive that the break in was drug fueled somehow, not just for attaining "easy" money.

it is a real shame this story is, its a shame that some (put your word here) had to destroy a family's lives forever with such a useless act such as this.

I hope they catch the guy, unfornutaly because of those human rights dorks they are not legally allowed to give him the punishment he deserves.

It angers me that your absolutely correct. In the end theyll make the criminal look like the victem.

They should lock him in a room with the parents and grandfather for an hour. Its not like me to say something like that because it dosnt really fix anything but it would be a way to vent a bit of anger.

EDIT: These are some of the things that get me thinking about the meaning of life and why things happen etc.

Reason #1 I keep my guns locked up and I don't know where the keys are. I would shoot him myself or would have to get someone to lock me up to prevent me from doing so until he was found...

Why hang him? If he's convicted, harvest his organs while he is awake. Let the POS suffer as he made the family suffer. Let it be an eye for an eye. People like that really dont deserve to live.

I'm pretty sure they are, I was under the impression that you could stay home alone as young as 9.

why not? 11 years old is way old enough to be home alone. i know we in america done already doen away with kids ever even thinking they might be responsible, but i assure you, this has been only a recent trend, many many other countries kids stay alone just fine and even do work around the house!

Yeah I second the vote for organ harvesting, been promoting that for decades. These things make me feel very sad and sorry for how low our society has allowed itself to sink.

I liked the solution shown on a TV show, Boston Legal had an episode where the old lawyer was being forced to defend a murderer/child rapist. The Lawyer wanted nothing to do with it, in the end the lawyer knee capped the guy, both knees, and got away with it. That would be my minimum requirement for restitution. I am amazed there are lawyers who will defend scum like this.

Well better go take my meds to calm down, I really hate this stuff. I know some of my bleeding heart liberal friends will say "It wasn't his fault, he had a bad life".

Contrast this story to the sharp shooting girl in (Montana?) that shot gunned a violent felon to death before he could hurt and rape her like he did someone else. How different would have this story been if she had a shotgun and training?
