jetdoc,

We see that kind of miserable low stuff all the time here in Las Vegas. Why anyone would want to come to this $$#ty is beyond me.

But when it is happening in rural environments, maybe it is time that we law abiding folks do something. The "law enforcement" people, just have no means to stop this kind of crime. Heck "law enforcement" cannot even stop traffic crimes, let alone violent crime!............. I just don't have the answers, but I suspect the only way we will ever get close to eliminating these vermin, is we, the citizens will need to take it upon ourselves to protect ourselves. If the vermin come to realize that homeowners will kill, maybe they will leave us alone!
I feel so bad for that young girl. And oh my gosh, I pray for her family!

I agree with you, but it seems like most of the time when someone protects themselves they get into more trouble than the scum who they were protecting themselves from.

I feel the same way......If you killed one of these "perps" on your land uncle jesse et al. would be all over you. Just another example of the double standard in this country. I gotta get up early but I'm too pissed off to sleep.

Did you hear about this on the news tonight? No? Me neither....

I agree 100%, but heck we gotta start somewhere.

Think where we will be in 50 years, if we all sit on our behinds.

I fear so much for my grand children, and my great grand children.

YES SIR.... that would be a good way to help out the transplant lists, and get a little pay back for the family.

I wouldn't want a piece of scum like that guys organs inside of me! Heck I wouldn't even feed his organs to vultures. I can't say what I would do to him, somebody might report ME to the cops.

but think of the sudden drop in violent crime, 3rd strike and you get your organs removed while you watch.

They should chop his fingers off except for a few. You want him to be able to get by. This would make his life very difficult and would be something hed have to live with.

Harrison pleaded guilty in 2005 to three counts of breaking and entering and one count of second-degree burglary. Currie pleaded guilty last year to two counts each of misdemeanor larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle, and he also has been convicted of misdemeanor breaking and entering, trespassing and assault.

I can't even read the news reports you guys attached. Getting hard to read the monitor. Wouldn't be so bad if I was at home and could hide it with a Sam Adams. Had to fake a scratchy eyeball just now. I am at school right now waiting for class to start. Thought I might jump on FTE and see what the fella's was up to.

Read this when it was first posted and began to bother me then. Worse now. I have a tough time dealing with death and kids and young adults due to some stuff in my past. But don't want to make this a group therapy session...

Will definitely pray for the family and community.

As a father of three daughters I wept as well. No need to feel ashamed or embarrassed. I don't handle death well either. I can't begin to imagine the hell her parents are going through.(I know I said that before)

Public Hangings on Sunday afternoon with a picnic lunch on the ground would solve a LOT of these kinda problems. No more crowded jails, no more sitting on death row for 20-30 years. Once convicted you got 6 months then your the guest of honor at a picnic. I know in my heart that there is a special place in H*** for people who do that kinda crap and they will be joined by pedophiles, people who mistreat aniamls and people who hurt old people like the guy who drug the old woman across the parking lot cause she wouldn't give up her purse to the POS.
