96 F250 4x4 PS pump problem-help

I've got the 7.5L 5-spd and running 39 Mickeys. Seems at low RPM, such as turning corners or parking, my ps pump is not putting out enough psi to turn the wheels. Is my ps pump going bad or do I need a bigger pump??? BTW, yes I have checked the fluid! LOL!

its just a sheer downfal of the stock system. If its not making any odd noises, its more than likely just the size of the tires that are holding it back. What do you have the tires aired up to?
