My PS pump makes a lot of groaning noises when turning in either direction. It has new hoses and fluid(it had been sitting about three years before I got it). Is my pump getting ready to go? My Bronco is not road ready yet so I don't know if the noise will go away with use. Appreciate any help.

 

Same here. Seems like only when I turn it to the right, though. Anybody??

 

there might be air in the lines still if you just put in the fluid, and it may go away after a while. mine stopped whining after about a week when i replaced the hoses and a bad seal in the gearbox.
