1997 5.4 Supercharger
Hello all,
I have been looking to increase my performance of my truck. Already tried the tuner, cold air kit, cat back. I have been back and forth on turbo and supercharger. Their is not alot of choices for turbo kits. I also think that I would like the power in the lower rpm range. I dont run 5000 plus rpms much (maybe 2 times this year). I do like to get up to speed quick. I have been looking at Procharger and Vortech also http://www.troyerperformance.com/cgi...ogno=AED98FE54 I like the one at Troyer, it just seems to small for a 5.4 (only 5.5 lbs boost). I'm thinking that I could get away with 9-10 lbs on a stock motor. Again I want to get my best value on my performance upgrade. Any suggestions and why. (97 5.4 2V approx 45000 mi.)
