It wasnt IPR Valve
Wanted to thank Action4478 After checking the UVC wiring, we found the one on the passenger side rear injectors was burnt and needed replacing along with the rear one on the drivers side. After replacing both of these and the gaskets because the plugs were burnt on the gaskets the truck runs great. The next project will be changing out the bearing in the steering wheel column, it is starting to get rough and has a little side to side up and down play in the wheel.
