reverse switch/remote start
Where on the tranny is the switch that turns the reverse lights on? i have a remote start system ive been thinking of installing on my truck. my only concern is accidentally starting it in gear. ive thought about trying to use a switch similar to the one used to operate the backup lights to "tell" the remote start that the truck is in neutral. anyone else got a remote start on their trucks and if so how do you deal with the start in gear situation. I always take my truck out of gear and set the parking brake when i park,but all it takes is that one time to accidently leave it in gear to put your truck somewhere it dont belong, cause the brake wont hold it
