With the added weight of the diesel, I'm guessing you'll want to leave those on. I have a gasser so there wasn't much weight to take into consideration. Depending on how full my trailer is, I'll sometimes throw the rear one back on just to help stabilize the truck around corners, etc.

My lift came with 2 different type of sway links. 1 for the older and 1 for the newer. I put them on and have had no problems at all. The ride was a little stiff at first, but no rides fine. I think the springs just needed to get broke in first. Make sure you go back and recheck the tork on all your bolts as they will loosen up. The 3rd time I checked mine the were tight. I know everyone says bad thing about ProComp lifts, but mine is great and never gave me any problems. I'd buy another one for my 92 F250 4x4.
