Well I got my Gp's swapped out today, the whole job went smooth it took me about 4 hours........... going into this job my biggest concern was to have a stuck gp but that didn't happen they all came out nice and easy...... The one thing I did notice on the first gp was that when you pull the plug out a fairly decent amount of motor oil goes right down the hole in to the cylinder so on the rest I blew the oil out with compressed air and a rag, i think thats a good thing to do...... Another thing to watch for is that the uvc harness wires are not up aginst a push pod, mine where long enough that one was actually touching a push rod and another was close.......

Thought you guys might want to see a cost comparison between a DIYer and the dealer.........
Dealer # the place that I bought the truck from-----------------
GP's 24.99 ea = 199.92
UVCH 54.70 ea = 218.80
VCG 66 ea = 132.00
Labor 400 +or-= 400.00
Total for job 950.72 + 8% sales tax = 1026.05
Dealer #2 R&R 8 gp 678 + 8% Sales tax= 732.24 total
R&R 8 gp's and new vcg and uvch add 620.00 dollars
Cost to DIY 8 gp's , 4 uvch, 2 vcg total shipped to my door 320 doors + 4 hours of your own time to do the job............ Thats quite a saves of money plus you learn a bit more about your PSD
