whats the best brand of battery isolator you can think of that would be worth purchasing for my application?
Any of them will work. All they are is a big diode mounted on a heatsink. You will have to debate if you want a good deal on someplace like ebay, or buy it locally where it might have a warranty and you could return it if it failed when you hooked it up.

Is there any sort of big fuse box i can get to eliminate the 3-4 big wires I have coming off of the battery for the aux stuff? I'd like something I could just run one big wire to, and then it distributes the power to 4-5 other wires, each one being fused.
Here's one.

if you really want for that circut splitter for ur amps and stuff, you can easily rig one up, i can send u a diagram and list the stuff to use its just if you want to spend the time doing it or how good it will work.
Ok i'll call the one alternator/starter rebuild place not far from me and se if i can scam a isolator off of them!

One other thing that you can do cheaply to your charging system is add a few extra gounding cables. On my bronco I added a ground cable front the alternator braket to the battery, and another from the battery to the fire wall. Upgrade the charging lead from teh alternator to the battery. I used all 4 gauge amp power wire for all of this because I had a bunch of it around.

I did my batteries the cheap easy way but when it died, i still just had 3 dead batts. I wired all 3 of mine in parralel. They were all optima red tops.
