"Built Transmision" and "cheap" dont go together! You will get many opinions here and they are all probably fairly good opinions.
Go with someone who near you so that "if" something goes wrong you dont have to worry about shipping and packing.

Going360 is right. Built E4OD and cheap don't go together.
Tranny builder I have heard lots of good thing about in order

Some Factory Tech monster box
A few local shops (all different members all over)
a good tranny from the top 4 will run you close to $4,000 plus or minus. If you have the cash buy a good one once rather than an ok one twice!
