Our trucks already have a turbo unless you want to upgrade it.

There are many here that have changed out their turbo before including myself. I have a list of the tools you need and the procedure to do it when you are ready. If you do a search of the forums you will find many articles on doing the turbo swap.

We need to remove the turbocharger in a 96 F-250 to replace the transfer pump. Do you have any ideas?

Transfer Pump? Do you mean the fuel pump? If so, you can replace the fuel pump without removing the turbo. This thread has a good write up on the fuel pump replacement: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...fuel-leak.html

The D66 is a bolt up job. Just use the write Suber said he has. Not too bad a job except for one bolt. But the H2E is a different story. unless you buy a kit ($2500) it is all custom fab work. Pretty much you will need a mock up motor or pull your motor to work it on a stand. the up-pipes and exhaust collector are different as well as the pedestal and oiling. the downpipe flange is also different and the turbo sits at a different height and angle so the whole top of the down pipe will need to be reworked.
