Rough Start/No Power until warm

Cold starting my truck has gotten worse and worse the last couple of months.. i started noticing it more the last time i changed my oil. i used 76 15w-40. Usually use Exxon 15w-40 both rated for diesel engines with the correct ratings for the 6.0 motors per the manual. i faithfully change the oil myself every 4500-5000 miles. my truck runs terrible right at start up. cab shakes a lil bit and it just sounds terrible. i'm currently running SCT Xcal 2 w/ ID extreme street tune. i have absolutly no power at start up.. might as well be a snail... even after 5 mins of running.. i cant pull out of my street very well cuz it falls on its face.. now dont get me wrong.. after 5 miles or so.. and its fully up to operating temp.. it will runn like a bat outta hell.. no problems.. no skipping.. runs perfect.. but with the colder months soon approaching, i need to figure out the problem here. cuz i can forsee my truck not starting when its 10* out when it has trouble when its 70* outside.. fuel filters were done by the dealer about 6 months ago... currently have 88950K on the clock.. new turbo was @ 55K.. egr cooler @ 75K... i think it might still have the original injectors.. dont quote me.. been a few months since the last time i looked at the Oasis report. anyway.. LMK if ya'll have any ideas.. check my SIG for info about the truck.

two things, oil change at 3k not 5k, and go get flashed. those chemicals only hide the problem, not fix it.

does the inductive heat flash get rid of the stiction or once its there do you need to replace the injectors?

It helped my stiction within 2 days. Mine wasn't really that bad, but it was still there. Got the heat induction flash and stiction was gone. I can always tell when I start to get to needing an oil change though, cause it gets cranky to start. Change the oil--purrs like a kitten.

honestly the buzz flash and the inductiove heating flash was engineered for those who lack on maintaing there trucks. now before anyone rips my head off, im not trying to blame anyone for anything. this is not a perfect world and if they would have made a injector like the 7.3 style, then next to no issues would have arose from sticiton. but for whatever reason, we are doing what we do today.

the inductive flash has fixed every truck i have had with a stiction issue at the time of repair. i have had a few come back but once again, maitaining with proper oil and the correct fuel and oil filters (not the will fit filters) will make return visits next to none.

Mine did the same thing, until I got the new flash. No more problems now, I run Amsoil 15w-40 with a FS2500 bypass system. I usually run the oil every 12,500 miles or so. I just checked the oil at 5000 miles and had it analyzed and it came back good. Still like new oil.
