Do any of you guys still run plastic inner front fender liners and can you still buy them new in the US?

You can still get them new. About $100 each.

The purpose of these things is to keep the water off of the insides of your fenders. They are probably not necessary if you live in a dry climate or where the don't salt roads. I still have mine on.

They are kinda pricey if you buy them new. I bought a nice used set on e-bay about a year ago for 25 bucks and still have the drivers side. PM me if you need it.

I live in a relatively dry climate, but the plastic liners have served me very well for the last 30 years. I just took them off a few weeks ago while disassembling much of the truck for repainting. The fenders and surrounding components look very good thanks to them being in place.

Unless your truck is just on old beater that you run around in the pasture or something I would strongly suggest that you put them in place. You may very well find a pair in the salvage yard for cheap.

I wish salvage yards on Australia had f truck spares. My F100 is the first truck Ive owned that still has the fender liners fitted but they are getting a bit cracked and sad so Ive been hunting for a new set but can't source any in oz and postage from the US makes them far too expensive. We don't salt the roads out here and where I live is about as dry as Texas with 300 days a year over 25 degrees C.
