Grrrr slow internet

Grrrr slow internet
I need some help again guys (and ladies). I'm supposed to be running high speed internet here at my house but my internet is just crazy slow! I am running a network of 3 computers all on the same connection and the laptop which I always use is running on wireless, but all 3 computers are slow no matter what I do.
I have run virus scans and scanned for spyware and deleted everything that came up but it's still really slow. I ran that test on speedtest.net and got this
I looked up the speeds that I should be getting and it said my upload speed should be 1Mbps and download should be 7Mbps.
Any tips on what else I can do? I'm kinda mad that I'm paying $30 something a month and I'm gettin slow speeds like that.
P.S I am running Internet Explorer and my ISP is Bell Sympatico (I'm Canadian)

Is this DSL? If it is you could have a bad filter..
Another possibilty is spyware... Do you run any spyware protection programs.??
ON the wireless router do you have security set? Maybe your neighbors are connecting off of your router....

It is really odd that your upload speed exceeds your download speed. Usually it is the other way around.
Definately call your ISP and complain. If you are sure those are your contracted speeds, somethng is wrong. You will never get exactly those speeds, but you should at least be in the ballpark.
