C6 Kickdown/Throttle Cable

C6 Kickdown/Throttle Cable
I'll soon be finishin my 4bbl conversion. But I have some questions.
1. I see that Lokar makes a braded steel cable to replace the original kickdown rod: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...=LOK-KD-20C6HT
Does anyone have any experience with this cable/What bracket(s) will I need to hook it up?
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...=LOK-TCB-40EFI Will this bracket allow me to hook up the kickdown cable. Also will my throttle linkage hook up to this bracket along with the kickdown cable?
What length throttle cable will I need?
