Fuse problem

Cool Fuse problem
Just rewired 1975 trailer to factory installed 7clip trailer plug. Everything seems to work, but keeps blowing fuse #29 (customer service) fuse. what is this for? and what causes the blowout and whats the cure?
Truck is a 2005 F250 Diesel. purchased adapter for barrel plug to 7clip plug

After reading other Threads, I think I found the problem. Need to hook up the pigtail that came with the truck or buy one at trailer store for the factory installed brake controller.
