The fastest way to discern (and remember) is that the Windsor blocks have side to side fuel pump bolt holes and Cleveland/M's have vertically oriented fuel pump bolt holes.

good point
another way to decipher ?
windsors are in the timing cover 351c 351m and 400 have them in the block...no timing cover
