Unhappy hubs

my 1981 f 100 has the same wheel hubs as a full size ford Car
i decoded my vin and it told me my truck was a 4wd and a v6
my truck is 2 wd with a 300 does anyone think my truck could have been parted out then rebuilt

the ford truck pattern is way too large, any other F100 owners out there that have this same set up? you know full size car patteren instead of truck?

My cab bed and inner fenderwells are all the same original color i dont know about the cab change another strange thing is that there is no window channel vin visible so i am gonna remove the dash pad to look for it i belive it might be behind the black outter edge of the windshield also the body tag is not rivited to the cab it has a single phillips head screw in the upper right hand corner

The early f100's had the small car pattern. More than enough for the weight rating of the f100 truck.
