LOLIf you want the absolute loudest combo, put on a set of compounds.
But if you are just looking for a single turbo with the most whistle, either get a Garrett ball bearing (GTP38R), or upgrade the stock turbo with a WW and an ATS housing.

i believe you want to do either the ww or the housing. . . both will not help anything. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. But my buddies truck with just the housing doesn't seem to surge and screams like crazy.
