If I had to guess it would be that these are the higher compression car pistons. The 4V meaning 4 venturi(4bbl carb). They would have a higher compression than the common "1139" truck piston. Sorry but there is no way I could guess as to what that compression is.

The truck was my Grandfathers, It used to have a 300cid in it and he had a 390 put in. But it is looking more like a car engine and not a truck engine. It also has the straight down oil filter adaptor. I have the truck filter adaptor that I'm putting on.
