Piston stampings

I noticed on the side of my pistons there is 2 markings. one is 390 and the other is 4V the 390 is above the 4V, do these mean anything?

F250 390 C6 4.10 2wd 63k org miles.

Hi,

If I had to guess it would be that these are the higher compression car pistons. The 4V meaning 4 venturi(4bbl carb). They would have a higher compression than the common "1139" truck piston. Sorry but there is no way I could guess as to what that compression is.

Piston - C6AE-A
Rod - C6AE-C
Heads - C6AE-U

The truck was my Grandfathers, It used to have a 300cid in it and he had a 390 put in. But it is looking more like a car engine and not a truck engine. It also has the straight down oil filter adaptor. I have the truck filter adaptor that I'm putting on.
