Pcm
i got my twildman chip and i thought i knew where the PCM was but now i found what looks like 2 boxes that could both be the PCM... one behind the glovebox and one under the hood by the intake... which one is it!!!

you first time if the pcm has the protective coating still on it its gotta come all the way out and you gotta pull the ebrake and the 2 bolts on the firewall and the wiring harness. slide pcm out of firewall. clean reinstall put on chip and route the wire out of the ebrake assy hole and put it back on.

my truck has never been chipped, i just cleaned the contacts off again and nothing happened... i'm starting to wonder whether there are any tunes burned onto this chip? lol and i didn't remove the ebrake assembly to get to the pcm... you can just put the chip in first and then feed the wire through the back by the firewall... oh and how far did your chip stick out when you installed it?? mine sticks out a decent amount.. like how far does it slide up?
