i have swap relays and nuthing and i don't heair the file pump

Have you checked the inertia switch? Also, does the CEL come on when you turn the key to the ON position?

i'm on the last bolt to remove the tank and it is striped and it is a pane in the butt

You will need a fuel line disconnect tool to get the lines off. If you can get to the electrical connector, see if you have power to it before dropping everything down.

It should be on the front passenger side near the firewall by the transmission hump.

Were you able to verify that you had power to and from the inertia switch with the key in the ON position? If so, you need to check to see if you have power at the pump connector. Also, have you tried beating on the gas tank when trying to start it? Sometimes that will jostle a connection causing the pump to kick on.
