You will need a fuel line disconnect tool to get the lines off. If you can get to the electrical connector, see if you have power to it before dropping everything down.
Were you able to verify that you had power to and from the inertia switch with the key in the ON position? If so, you need to check to see if you have power at the pump connector. Also, have you tried beating on the gas tank when trying to start it? Sometimes that will jostle a connection causing the pump to kick on.

i beat on if i prue gas in the carb it it will start. Do i need the 3rd strap on the gas tank?
