Need some advice...

I used Mobile 1 super synthetic 75w-140 in my rear with a 7oz tube of the friction modifier.The friction modifier was sitting right next to the gear oil at the parts store. Not sure if I used the best of brands,but always heard Mobile 1 was good. I also took the advice I got in this thread and purchased a Ford service repair cd from ebay for $7.00 for my year truck and it was well worth it. Tells you all the fluids for your truck and how much.Shows pictures and explains how to change all your fluids plus alot more. Has like 300 pages on it.

Can I use the same fluid in both the rear and front? My manual just says:
front - sae 75w90, xy-75w90-ql (thermally stable)
rear - high perf rear axle lub - f1tz-19580-b (with 4oz of friction modifier c8az-19b546-a)
