51 Mercury Brochure
I finally got off my but and scanned my 1951 Mercury truck brochure. I figured I'd do it for the new guy "51Merc". Here's the 36 page brochure. It's 7.56 MB.

Now to finish the other half of my 302 swap article...

Cool brochure. I don't have a '51 or a Mercury, but I have a hobby of collecting old car ads and brochures of all makes, so I am adding it to my collection. Thanks for posting!

Nathan,
Great brochure, now you just have to print the '48-50 version

Did you guys see that they referred to M-3s as one tons? In the States they were termed heavy 3/4s. Wonder why Ford corporate didn't make it standard one way or the other?

Well the F-3 trucks did have a max payload capacity of 2800 lbs. Now did you notice that there wasn't any M-2's listed?
It's WillyB's website.
Sorry Bob but I don't have any 48-50 brochures but I do have a 51 Ford one.

Very cool brochure. I did notice that there were no M-2's, is there a story behind that?

There weren't any 3/4 trucks made in Canada made from 46-52. It was some post war thing. We also didn't get a six cylinder engine till 1957.
