I used the 2.5" Pro Comp kit. No specific reason why it was in stock and nicely priced...and it is black...so I bought that one. I have had no problems with it and would recommend it.
I didn't want urethane or to have to take the coil overs apart so it was between Readylift and Auto Spring and I chose Auto Spring because the construction appeared similiar but Auto Spring was less than 1/2 the cost. I just purchased the kit online so I'll let you know what I think when it arrives and I install it.
I see many threads about leveling kits. As soon as you haul some weight in the bed, doesn't the truck look like it squats in the rear? I have weight in the bed of mine 7 days a week and think I'd rather see the rear a little high when empty vs. squatty when loaded.
I hardly ever haul much in mine except a dog box to transport my GSDs to training and a dirt bike on occasion. The dog box does not weigh enough to make it squat and the dirt bike hardly makes it squat at all. So for me it makes since to have it leveled.
I have the 2.5" leveling kit by pro comp. The shop that I purchased it from was having a big sale at the time so it seemed like the best deal. As for the bed when loaded, it used to sag but i got an add a leaf for the rear.
I put a 2" Auto Spring leveling kit for $80
One of the best mods out there.
IF you haul heavy loads often, you might want to consider a 1.5" LK
IF you never haul anything, then 2.5" would make the truck perfectly level.
