360, 390 question

360, 390 question
In stock form a 360 should rev a little quicker. I have owned both but the 360 was stock and the 390 is no where near it so the 390 revs quicker by far. The 360 has less rotational mass and the same cam/carb/intake/compression.

If you are refering to on the street revving, the rear gear could have a lot of effect on that.
