Here's the International part number for the up pipe donuts.
#1816103C1 Price $7.00 each. I tried to post the IPB however, I'm not allowed to post attachments.
John, I will be going tomorrow also. Then when my "O" Rings arrive for my turbo and pedestal, I start the repair.....Let me know how your repair went and what problems you encountered...I'll do the same.

On my truck, it has been sitting, so ive been working slowly on fixing everything. I took the up-pipes completly out of the truck with the Y connected, since one of the up-pipes fell out of the Y. Then i took it to the bench, and 3 out of the 4 bolts came out relativly easy, but the one was stubborn, i striped out the bolt, so i found a size small socket, and bashed it on, and before I even attempted to take it out, I used the torch and heated it until it was glowing red. Then she came right out. Start soaking those bolts with some good pentrating oil, they are kinda hard to get out.
Just the DS upipe my self. Not bad at all. The pass side isn't leaking yet, but I did get eough to do all. Also John let me know if you need the donnuts. I'll send'm to yah I got four total so I have 2 extra. Country
I finished the job on the up-pipe gaskets. I needed to use both the shorty ratching wrench (a lifesaver), shorty basic wrench and a 1/4 drive breaker bar even after soaking the bolts. Plan on at least a half day for the job. The most difficult or time consuming part was getting the up-pipe manifold and turbo to match up. I also installed new "O" rings for the turbo and pedestal, tightened up the nut where the dipstick tube connects to the pan. Last week I completed the ccv mod and 6637 filter.
My next job will be a trans service and 4 new shocks, hopefully, Bilsteins.$$$

Took the truck out today and what a difference. No annoying exhaust noise from the up-pipes. The boost is back up and kicks me back into the seat when floored.
Well worth the efforts yesterday. My tightening the nut on the oil pan dipstick did not work. Still leaks. I read in another thread here about a fix using fuel tank sealant. Bought some and made the patch. Hope it does hold.
MY oil pan leaks in the same spot, and im not trying to fix it anymore. I just live with it. I got the up pipes done also, I didnt use any wrenchs, just alot of extensions and a swivel. I think my body lift help in the area of fixin the up-pipes tho.
Hey guys a quick question concerning the up-pipe repair, are you doing it from the top or from the bottom? Tools are not a problem, I'm just looking for the fastest way so there is less down time with the truck. Any secrets besides the penetrating oil.
I did my from the top and pulled the turbo. I did not want to remove my AT don't have the room or the jack. There is a thread posted awhile back and one of the members here said it was easier to pull the trans and work from the bottom. My job lasted about 6 hours. Glad I did it. As far as secrets, just use the shorty 10 mm wrenches both with ratcheting head and I had to use the 1/4 drive breaker bar after I let the bolts soak with PB Blaster and take your time.

Thanks Jeff, it looks like it the top it will be unless I hear differently. If I pull the trans it will be to replace it, not for a damn exhaust donut.
I agree. However there are some that can pull this trans in a hour or so...Not me. I think going from the top was the best way for me. Don't forget to replace your turbo and pedestal "O" rings. If you don't you may develop a leak.
Good Luck
Jeff
