Doesn't seem like it. I'm a member of Ford Truck World too and posted the same thing there. It seems as if noone is willing to pay the $$$ for Banks. A lot of them just go MBRP, Magnaflow, Gibson. I myself think I'm just gonna go Magnaflow. Good luck and post when and if you get your exhaust.

I can guarentee responses if you post this in the V10 forum.

I just installed a set of Doug Thorley headers and Y-pipe on my 2V V10 and it made a huge improvment in performance.

I have an older issue of grassroots motorsports somewhere where they installed a powerpack on an RV with a V10. Headers, exhaust, ram air intake, and maybe a chip?

They raved about the better mileage (I guess it went to 8 mpg to 10 mpg, something like that) and said it had quite a bit more power.

Wow! I was expecting more feedback, I'm with you Brandon on this subject. Maybe follow dkf's advice & try the V-10 forum......I'm considering the stinger kit (cat-back). Power pack price is a little hard to swallow.

I just bought the FM Force 2 cat-back exhaust for my 04' V10. (FM70 series muffler) Very nice system. I got it from motorhaven for $203 shipped with the FTE discount. For the money you can't beat the FM kit.

I have the K&N FIPK intake on mine and really like it. You could do those two things for around the price of the Banks cat-back itself.

The powerpack is talked about frequently in the V10 forum. You could do a search to find tons of info on it.

Yeah I saw that in the V-10 forum. I'm wondering what it'll sound like? From what I've been reading, you either get it right or wrong (sound wise). That's what makes the decision hard to make. I also see you installed headers & Y-pipe I definitly will install a Y-pipe (e-bay). Headers will have to wait...to much $$$$. I know the Banks stinger is $$$ also, but I feel I can trust their Hp & torq gain claims. I did look at another brand, they claimed a modest Hp/tq gain and about the same price as the Banks.............Is your FM70 straight thru or chambered? I heard that's a big difference. I bought the truck 2nd hand it had/has a Fram "Air Hog" installed. As far as a "search" goes, I haven't quite figured that out...Still learing.

The FM70 BB2 is a chambered large capacity muffler. Its pretty much the quietest flowmaster makes. Chambered mufflers sound the best on the V10. I wanted to tame the sound down and after putting on my headers the sound changed completly. Don't really like it so I'm going to the FM70 because its quieter but will still have a rumble to it.

The stock intake is actually pretty good flow wise. I just like the K&N set-up better. Its easier to take apart and clean the MAF. Also lining up the stock airbox when changing a filter can be a PITA.

I have a video sent to me by another FTE member of his V10 with the Magnaflow cat-back that sounds very good IMO. PM me your e-mail and I can send the vid to you if you want.

I can't speak for the V10 but I have the powerpack on my 460. The fit and finish are first rate, definite power increases across the board and I did see a small increase in MPG. I would expect similar results from the V10 simply because banks stuff is first rate.
