It is simply the Banks branded intake/exhaust upgrade. You get torque tubes (headers), a new y pipe, muffler and various pipes. A K&N style intake filter with a little different housing for it is also part of it. They also sell a chip called the Ottomind that supposedly works with the power pack intake/exhaust better than the other chips. Do a search for Banks website and it is all there. Pricy stuff. The folks here that run them only have good things to say though.

I don't know if I'd say most v10's. There's a cheaper alternative. And maybe better when u add the cat-back of your choice and a Diablo Delta. But the Banks is quality stuff. And if I had the additional $$$$...yada..yada...
Yeah, for the $2k price tag there are lots of goodies that can be bought. I like their headers with the extra thick flanges, wish they would sell them and their Y pipe by themselves for a reasonable price. If they did I'd go with a Flowmaster 40, the K&N FIPK, and a SCMT for my version of the power pack.
IMO,if anyone ever decides to purchase a Power Pack pass on the Ottomind chip.Get the Diablo Delta chip and you can run two custom programs plus stock. It will do everything the Ottomind does,if wanted, plus much more.
Please, PLEASE, If anyone is interested in ANYTHING from Banks, Do not order directly from Banks! Order your kit from a distributor, such as Theresa Kreiser at Fuel injection.
While they have great products that are well engineered, Banks has TERRIBLE customer service and if you have any problems at all, Theresa will go to bat for you and butt heads with them on any problems.
I've got the Powerpack on mine and I had a few problems with shipping damage, (the packaging is pretty flimsy that these things are shipped in), incorrect parts, (the damaged filter was replaced with the wrong part), and most recently, defective parts. (the Ottomind they sent was defective and they were going to stick me with a 30% restocking fee!) I'm glad I didn't have to deal with them directly!
I really feel their products are superior when they get it right, but don't understand their 'customer disservice'.
P.S. If any of you put headers on you trucks and want a chip, you need to have a custom program burned into one. Do some research, any don't believe those that tell you you'll be fine. This is straight from Superchips, and that includes the Microtuner. Using a generic tune will run too lean for best power. Not too lean to melt pistons, but you won't be running within specs. In fact there is a post on these boards by a guy with an F-350 that quotes a dyno'd 17 hp and 23? ft lbs with a Superchip on a stock V10. These #'s are not close to published #'s
Hey guys, thought that I might throw in my 2 cents. If you are interested in the Banks setup, or any part of it, you canget what you want. I called banks on a system for my truck and said that I only needed the muffler and tailpipe. The guy said no prob. and quoted me a price on just those parts. So if you want just the headers, you should be able to get them. The guy I talked to there was Thomas Boardman ext.4216. Really cool guy. BUT I also didn't have to deal with their cust. ser. deptartment either. Too bad I found a better system cheaper somewhere else. Any way I am just tryin to help out you V-10 guys.
