new from Vermont !

Hello everyone, my name is Bill Dickey from S.Ryegate VT, just bought a used 03' superduty with 6.0 and a six spd manuall. Ive had it just a few days and sofar I like it. I intend to haul cars with it I currently have a twenty foot 10k gooseneck, and now Im thinking of getting a longer trailer. Any thoughts or recomdations as to the limits of my truck? Will a two car trailer be to much? Im currently not sure as to what axel ratio I have, it is 4wd with what looks like 31" or slightly bigger BFG tires. Didnt come with manual, dealer said they would get me on along with another key, but wont hold my breath.

Any way thanks again for having me on, hope to hear back from you.
William Dickey

Hello William!

You will enjoy posting in our tech forums since this one is used for introductions. Click on the Forums tab at the upper left and several of the boards will appeal to you. This one is probably what you are looking for: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum107/

I think you can read the manual for your truck at Ford's official home page.

Enjoy!
