Turn signal cam? switch?

Hello everryone! First post here. I've been reading and searching for some time now and can't seem to kind what i'm looking for. Great site by the way!
I have an 82' F-250 4x4 with the 300 I6 4spd granny reg cab.

Here's my problem: My blinkers do nothing. No front, back, or dash lights at all. There are 9 wires running through my steering column and none of them have power when the blinkers are on so that tells me it is in the steering wheel part, right? Well, i say none, but of couse there is constant power in the yellow and ignition wire but no power in others when i have ignition turned on and blinkers on (either left or right). my hazards do work and the brake lights do work as well. I switched the hazard and blinker flasher at the fuse box and hazards still worked so i have ruled out the flasher. Also checked all fuses and all were good. Any help with this? I'm guessing its the turn signal cam or turn signal switch. Any way to distinguish the two in order to narrow it down without pulling steering wheel? Also, would the cam or switch from a 77 f-150 work? Sorry for all the questions.

The power comes from the fuse bof14) goes along a pink/orange wire to the flasher, and then leaves the flasher on a lightblue wire which goes up to the steering column turn switch.

If you don't have power on the lightblue wire, then your problem is not the turnsignal switch(yet). Pull the turn flasher out, and measure the terminals. One should have power on it with the key in run.

Ah, i didn't think to check if i had power at the flasher terminal... I also forgot to mention that i don't have reverse lights either, which should be powered by the same pink/orange wire. but i also haven't checked the bulbs and grounds on them either.
Let's assume i do have power at the flasher (i wanna say i do at the lt. blue wire but i can't remember, i'll have to check when i get home), is it safe to say that it's probably the turn signal switch?
Thanks for the quick response!

Your brake lights work, and they are the same bulbs and wires that the turnsignal flasher uses for the rear. That means all that is ok. So if you do have power up in the column switch on the lightblue wire from the flasher, then yes it would look to be the switch is bad.
