I read references to this mod with supposed significant gains in power. Does anyone know what it is or how to do it?

no porting the bowl but shimming the pressure regulator gives you better throttle response.

 

Ported fuel bowl != FPR Shim. In the reference the guy had done both.

 

that thread over at TDS is off base. The ported fuel bowl is Steve (powerstroked162) only he know what its all about. He claims no number. the 45hp spoken of at TDS was somebody giving Steve a hard time. PM steve for info.
