Hi all,

I have the DVD player running and hit "dual mode." This is to keep the DVD on and play the sound thru the headphones. The radio or CD is to play on the front speakers only. This used to work but now the DVD shuts OFF when I hit the "dual mode" feature. Any ideas what to check or fix?

 

MOST LIKELY, a new radio. you can get them off of ebay really cheap sometimes.

 

Took her to the dealer. I recently had a new VSM installed. I think they forgot to program this feature as they didn't charge me to fix this issue.
