!997 F150 Air Conditioning
I purchased my 1997 F150 4.2 4x4 in upstate NY, now I live in Atlanta. I didnt get A/C on my truck because the temp doesnt get warm enough most of the time. Now living in Atlanta, i need air. I dont want to get rid of the truck it has 62000 and is paid for. I see all the brackets are on the motor and the electrical connections are there. Has anyone added air after market? Is Ford the only place to get parts? Is it a difficult job? I know what ford charges for service and I imagine labor would be more than parts.
