Leaky f150 A/C

I have a 1986 f150 4X4 that I bought a little over a year ago. About a month ago I decided to get the A/C recharged since it blew hot air ever since i got it. When it was just charged it was good and cold. By the way when we started to charge it it was really low on pressure. Now a month or so later its as hot as it was before I charged it. I figure that there is a leak in my system but do you guys know any common places where these trucks had leaks or should I bring it to a proffesional shop. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Blake

PS It was charged by a guy at my dads work that does this stuff all the time.

There are rubber seals throughout the system. If the system isn't kept charged and ran once in a while, the seals dry out and only replacing them will fix it.

If the guy at your Dad's work does this stuff all the time he'll have an electronic sniffer and can locate the leak.
