Would you paint this bed cover?

I have a bed cover.. Not sure of the brand. It sits "flush" with the sides of the bed.
It's black now. Would you paint it to match the truck? Just looking for some opinions.

Leave it black. If you MUST do something with it, take the whole bed and give it to me. I'd even give you mine with the rust over the wheels in trade.

I like it the way it is. I feel the body color cover would be a little too much of that color, and might be a bit over the top. That is a bunch of surface, and the contrast is nice.

Leave it....I'm one to bet you'd regret it if you did paint it to match.

Leave it. The black tonneau cover makes it look "mysterious"!

Painting it orange might be a bit much. It would look ok if you did it the lighter color.

What is the worst that can happen? It looks terrible and you have to paint it black again.

I second the motion for the creme color on the cover... It would match the cab topside. The orange might be too much, like stated by others already. I had a custom cover on my bed for a few months, but I got tired of removing it to load my motorcycles. It was solid ply with reinforcing, one piece. Yours might be the type that is a lot easier to remove, but maybe you don't need to haul big stuff anyway? I want my truck to be show and go, but also not useless as a truck... Unless of course, I have a spare truck! lol

I love trucks as cars!

Don't paint it. I would imagine you're talking about a different material for the liner compared to the actual body of the bed. Making an absolute match of paint might prove very difficult. Stick with the black. JMHO

Church, the truck is getting painted in a year or two anyway.

I never thought of the cream color.. Hmm.. that might not look bad ::goes to photoshop it::

Also, TrinoGT, the cover comes off fairly easily. Pop both struts, flip up and pull.
