How Much Power
How much power should it give me just by straight piping my PSD? I mean keep it 3.5" and taking out the muffler and cat and replacing them with pipe. Otherwise the truck is completely stock no intake or anything. also would it do anything for my mileage?

None. it will help a tiny bit (5hp at the most) but if you still have the stock down pipe even if you cut the cat and muffler it will make very little difference but it does sound nice. it also will do very little for your mileage with the stock Downpipe. might even make it go down since you will want to listen to your exhaust all the time!
