Fender liner and mudflaps

Fender liner and mudflaps
Has anyone noticed that the rear fender wells have no rubber liner to stop mud from entering the frame? I drove in the oregon coast range, major muddy roads, spent a lot of time getting the mud off the fuel tank, fuel water drain, etc. I went to the dealer and they have been trying to figure out what to do, other folks have tried to order some and they are not made. Any suggestions here? Also, what mudflaps are being used if the truck has the fender molding? The dealer has no flaps yet for the 08. thanks
