Headlight flickering

I have noticed a slight flicker in my headlings and instrument cluster lights. It never use to be like that. I was wondering what could be the issue here. Any help will be appreciated.

Run a ground wire from one of the regulator mounting screws, to the battery neg or the engine block. This usually fixes it.

Clean and resecure all your power and ground connections to do with power supply and charging circuit.

Ground connection somewhere. I had the same problem once.
