Squeeky Ball joints,ect...
Is there a product out there, that I could possibly apply myself that would maybe lube up my chasis and get rid of the awful squeek from bump and turning my wheel?

If they are your original ball joints, then I would say the product you are looking for is new ball joints. 
I had upper and lower replaced on both sides last summer, only to have my right side replaced again at my own expense this summer. They had grease zerks and everything. Nice job Ford.

you can buy a needle for a grease gun or you can buy a can of spray grease lube, not WD40. Get one with the small red spray tube on the tip. For rubber covered "boot" type ares, pry them up with a screw driver and stick the red tube in and shoot. for bushings, soak them good and let it run inside and down the edges.... If you have worn out ball joints thats another problem and you will have excessive tire wear and loose steering and signs.
