code is P0141 Bank1 Sensor2. O2 Sensor
P1000 Monitor Testing Not Complete
Your code P0781 can be caused by internal tranny problems. The code is for no engine RPM drop when 1-2 shift is commanded by the PCM. Most likely a 1-2 shift solenoid that is sticking.
