You will have to get your right steering knuckle machined for a steering arm. I got my steering arm in a complete kit from O.R.U. but there are other off road suppliers that sell them. You will also need a drop pitman arm, drag link bar, & tie rod ends.

I plan to do a SAS also, and I need everything too. I have the D44, but I need all the steering parts also. What did the steering arm kit come with from ORU?
Do you know a good source for - track arms/brackets, tie rods, drag link.
I have to look for radius arms and brackets also. (Not the 700.00 Cage ones)
The coils are easy to find, I plan to use 6 inch springs for my project.

Hey 96 send a pm or somthing to 75F350. He does this stuff all the time. Hes helping my out on my 4wd conversion. You can do the crossover without the machine work to the steering knuckle. And with 6" lift you wont need anything real radical.

Jeff's Bronco Graveyard sells all of the parts you need. Go to their 73-79 section and browse through the suspension lings section. You will see the adjustable track bar, the bracket, the radius arms and the drop radius arm brackets. You will just need to measure, modify and bolt it to your frame to make it all work.

As for the steering parts, they have the rod ended stuff as well. I ended up making mine by looking at what they sell, for way less and still ended up using 1.25" o.d. Chromoly tubing and 3/4 rod ends! It won't be a true "cross over" setup, but with coils, you really don't need it anyways as there is nothing for the steering links to hit on like in a leaf spring setup. Now if you must go to a "cross over" or high steer setup, then get a set of knuckles from a late 70's F-250 with the D44 and machine the passenger side flat. They bolt up, and with minor trimming of the knuckle your stock brake setup will work. The driver side is already machined as that is where the 250's steering arm mounts to. Then you can custom make your linkage as you wish.
