This includes the labour too or just the materials?

that was just materials, add in another 4-5g's for a good concrete pad, and i figured about 4g's labour to frame-shingle-siding the building. in all honesty, its a good deal. my labour cost is shaved to max fairness as i'm good friends with the couple.

I think I would just go with a gravel base floor, good enough just storage purposes only. I have two fairly decent sized shops.
