1965 Ford,driver door component
I need a part.On the Dennis Carpenter website ,on the door component part breakdown image, it is part number 222A00.Does anybody know what this is called and where I can get one?

It might help if you posted a link to the image you're referring to...
At any rate, when I got the parts to rebuild the doors on my '65, I got them from Auto Krafters I think. But the whole shebang as a full kit, rather than just part-by-part.

There are kits you can purchase but unfortunately don't believe the item you are looking for is included. Believe the item is referred to as the "retainer Assembly". It secures, or locks the 'glass runner' in place. Window rides inside a felt 'anti-rattle' trac and secured by a screw at the vent window division bar at one end, and secured by this 'retainer' at the other. The retainer is separate from the 'glass runner'. It's been some time, if recall, metal piece about 18" long the glass runner is secured to and this retainer is secured to the door. Hopefully, better success describing to Dennis Carpenter salesperson.
