What's the DIFFERENCE?

What diff., in the 1999 v-10 and the 2000& up, makes the hp 275 & 315? Is it something with the tuning, displacement, or what?

I suspect most of it came from "optimizing" the heads and air-flow in general.

My guess is that the computer has a lot to do with the difference.
