Thats just the way they were back then. The 340 duster got the black hood, some were black with a "340 Wedge" logo.

I figure if were going to show off our Mopar Muscle, I mine as well post my (was) 71 318 Hemi Cuda. =)

This is a picture of it in Flint at the car show at the Flint Cultural Center.

Not sure where it has dissapeared to now. I havn't seen it since I sold it 3 years ago.

How can it be a Hemi and have a 318 as opposed to the 426 Hemi??

those are both nice Mopars I just don't have the kiind of cash to build a nice Mopar. I can't beleive you would sale your if you had one that nice

I like that. 351W...This is my friends car. I made alot of custom parts for it over the years when I ran a small machine shop. I ran this car when it had a 351 clevland w/c-4 at 11.90 now you got to have a NHRA license to make a pass. He only drives it now. The headers are over 3 years old and still look brand new, Jet Hot coated. They have to look good when it performs like that.

that is a frigin hot Cobra II! How much does it weigh? It amazes me that an 11.9 pass is yankin the tires soooooo much. An 11.90 pass in my truck don't even tweek one tire up

If I bought some long tubes, high flow cat, and muffler, how much would an exhaust shop charge to fab up the rest of the exhaust ending out the side in front of the passenger rear tire?

Around 3400 lbs. With all the coating on the headers. haha
